Welcome to Gifsaver.com, a collection of truly customized animated desktop wallpaper. This is a fun free website allowing you to turn your computer desktop and screensavers to animated moving pieces of art with only a few clicks of your mouse. There are no programs to download and no registration needed. Simply right click the Gifsaver file you like and set it as your new desktop wallpaper, and you will immediately have a custom moving picture as your desktop wallpaper and screensaver. These Gifsavers will loop continuously and now serve as your desktop wallpaper and screensaver. These Gifsavers are completely different than the fish tank desktops that everyone downloaded a few years back. Those were a program that you had to buy, download, install, and run, using up your computers valuable resources (and usually slowing the computer down). Gifsaver animated desktop wallpapers utilize almost no space or resources, and can be stored just like photos, safely on your hard drive.

 Simply right-click the Gifsaver of your choice and click "save as". Place the Gifsaver into your photo files or your picture files (remember where you put them) and that's it. It's saved to your hard drive. Now simple go to your desktop (the main screen of your computer off the internet), hit the right click button and choose properties. Once you click properties, the display properties box should open, Choose desktop and hit the browse button. Browse your computer (remember that file from earlier) until you find your chosen file with your Gifsaver inside. Now click the Gifsaver and your are done. You can also customize the rest of your desktop to match your new free animated desktop wallpaper and screensaver. Turn off your current screensaver (optional) if you want your animated Gifsaver to continue undisturbed. No purchases, no program downloads, no hassle.
